Captain Maxine D. Reyes
Captain Maxine D. Reyes was born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to the United States in May 1991. She resided in Miami, Florida where she entered the Air Force in 1996 as an enlisted Airman. She transferred to the Army in 2007 and earned her commission through the Officer Candidate School in the Finance Corps. She is a Graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Her military education includes the Finance Officer Basic and Advanced courses, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Course, and Resource Management Tactical Course. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership at Liberty University.
